The Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for the day to day processing and maintenance of accounts payable transactions to provide effective, efficient and accurate financial and administrative operations data. Candidate should be a results-driven, detail oriented self-starter possessing great interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer service and documentation. This individual should possess the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, adjust to changing priorities and different personalities, and be a good team player.

Responsibilities to include:

� Process A/P invoices in an accurate and timely manner

� Ensure A/P cash disbursements are made in a timely fashion

� Vendor file maintenance

� Invoice copies

� Maintain and create Excel spreadsheets as needed

� Perform various miscellaneous projects and assignments as needed on an ad-hoc basis

Qualifications:

� 1-2 years experience

� Proficient in data entry

� Ability to work independently and prioritize

� Attention to detail and accuracy

� Problem solving skills

� Must have Great Plains experience

� Knowledge of Analytical Accounting in Great Plains is a plus

� Experience with 1099s is a plus

� Microsoft Word and Excel
