Reata to Present at BIO Annual Meeting
DALLAS, TX -- March 30, 2006 -- Reata Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Reata) announced today that it has been selected to make a company presentation at the 2006 BIO Annual Meeting being held in Chicago.
Reata will present an overview of the company and its clinical, preclinical, and discovery programs. This presentation is scheduled for Wednesday, April 12, 2006 at 10:15 a.m.
Reata is a biopharmaceutical company focused on developing novel treatments for cancer, inflammation, and neurodegenerative diseases. Founded in 2002, the company is developing five distinct classes of cancer drugs licensed from leading academic institutions. Three lead programs are in Phase 1 clinical development - RTA 744 for primary brain cancers, RTA 401 for leukemias, and RTA 402 for solid tumors and lymphoid malignancies.
