Overview

Reata has a robust pipeline of drug candidates and discovery programs built around our proprietary technology platforms - Antioxidant Inflammation Modulators (AIMs) and Protein Folding modulators. Reata's lead molecule, bardoxolone methyl, formerly known as RTA 402, is currently being evaluated in a Phase 3 clinical trial in patients with Stage 4 chronic kidney disease and type 2 diabetes. Reata has projects underway to initiate clinical development in new AIMs in other chronic inflammatory diseases.
