Reata Pharmaceuticals' technological focus is on the development of small molecules to treat intractable diseases such as chronic kidney disease, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease ("COPD"), neurodegenerative diseases, and cancer. Our pipeline is based around two important platform technologies: Antioxidant Inflammation Modulators (AIMS) targeting the Keap1/Nrf2 pathway and molecules targeting defects in protein folding.
